Yesterday, the Search Inward Social Ambassador (SISA-Sapphire Minna) team held an introspection class, providing an opportunity for members to reflect on their experiences over the past eight months with the SISA CDS group. This session allowed them to evaluate their learning journey, assess the impact of each month’s lectures and outreach activities, and explore how these experiences have shaped their personal and professional lives.
During the session, the ambassadors examined key thematic areas covered throughout the program, including volunteerism, patriotism, ethics and values, conflict resolution, health and environment, and other principles central to the SISA vision. They also discussed their future aspirations and how they plan to integrate these lessons into their lives moving forward.
The introspection class was graced by the presence of Dr. Khadijah Abdullahi Iya, CEO and Founder of Search Inwards Group of Companies, alongside Dr. Maimoona Salim, the COO. Additionally, the team had the honour of hosting Dr. Muhammad Baba Ibrahim, Executive Chairman of Niger State’s Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), who took time to share valuable insights on the importance of training. He emphasized that the lessons learned over the past nine months should not just be academic exercises but should become a part of their character and daily lifestyle.
The session was a significant milestone for the SISA-Sapphire Minna team, reinforcing the impact of their journey and inspiring them to continue embodying the values instilled through the program.
